A delicious recipe for roasted Brussels sprouts and cauliflower! Two healthy and nutritious ingredients and a very quick and easy recipe!

You can serve this delicious dish with almost any other dish, fish fillet, vegan steak, rice, oven potatoes, meatloaf, etc..
It makes a perfect “match” on every holiday table or a daily dinner meal.

Also, you can skip the cauliflower and use only Brussels sprouts! Or, make an “upgrade” on this dish by adding a bechamel sauce and create a Brussels sprouts au gratin!

Ingredients

500 gr Brussels sprouts, cut in half

200 gr cauliflower florets

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried oregano or dried thyme, optional

1 yellow onion, sliced, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Wash your cauliflower florets, and your Brussels sprouts, cut in half, and pat them dry.
  3. Place your Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower florets in a large bowl, add the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer them to a baking pan with parchment paper, place in the preheated oven, and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.
