Total Time: 2 h 10 min
Ingredients
- 700 gr all-purpose flour
- 475 ml water
- 60 gr olive oil
- 110 gr granulated sugar
- 21 gr dry yeast
- a pinch of salt

Instructions
- Brush your pan with olive oil, you need a rectangular cake container 10 x 30 cm.
- In a large bowl add water, olive oil, salt, sugar, and dry yeast and stir for half a minute until the sugar has melted.

- Transfer the dough to the cake pan, cover with a towel, and let it rise for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- When the dough rises and touches the towel, remove it, place the cake pan in the preheated oven, and bake for one hour.
- When baked, remove the homemade bread from the pan and let it cool for a while on a wire rack.
Enjoy!
