An extremely easy and quick avocado mayo recipe. Ideal for a vegan and vegetarian diet as well! It only takes a few basic ingredients, 5 minutes to prepare, and no time to consume!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe avocado , mashed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or small blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
  • Add more water if a thinner avocado mayo spread is desired.
  • Transfer to a jar and enjoy!

  • Variations: 
    • Spice up with chili flakes, or hot sauce!
    • Skip the mustard if you’re not into it!
  • Storage: Store in a jar in the fridge for 3 – 4 days.
  • Extra Tip: Place a plastic wrap pressed onto the surface of the mayo to prevent browning!
