Figs are my favorite fruit and I look forward to enjoying them at the end of the summer in every possible way! You can make a ton of things with them but this flavorful salad recipe is by far my first choice! It has a savory and sweet taste and a fruity and fresh smell! The combination of a sweet fruit with salty cheese, a savory and sweet salad dressing, and some nuts for the crunchiness is unbeaten!
I prefer to add blue cheese but if I don’t have in my fridge my Greek spirit and habits come and I use feta instead. It tastes so well both ways! If you are a vegan you can replace the blue cheese or the feta with any vegan cheese and make this quick and delicious figs salad recipe!
